一、卷軸故障
1、 Reel failure
卷軸除了負(fù)責(zé)將簾板卷起之外，它才存在一個(gè)隱性的拉力，有一些高大的成都卷簾門內(nèi)部會(huì)有一個(gè)彈簧片存在，主要作用是對(duì)簾板施加一個(gè)力，禁止卷簾門在關(guān)閉的時(shí)候彈起，在打開的時(shí)候下落。
In addition to being responsible for rolling up the curtain plate, the roller has a hidden tension. There will be a spring plate inside some tall Chengdu roller shutter doors, which is mainly used to exert a force on the curtain plate to prevent the roller shutter door from bouncing up when it is closed and falling when it is opened.
當(dāng)卷簾門的卷軸出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題時(shí)、彈簧片斷裂后，卷簾門就會(huì)出現(xiàn)兩種故障，卷簾門開啟時(shí)會(huì)自動(dòng)下落，自動(dòng)下落時(shí)又會(huì)自動(dòng)彈起。
When the roller of the rolling shutter door has problems and the spring plate is broken, the rolling shutter door will have two kinds of faults. When the rolling shutter door is opened, it will fall automatically and bounce up automatically.
遇到這種情況，就直接將卷簾門的控制箱打開，查看彈簧片是否斷裂或脫落，斷裂了就直接更換，脫落了再將其掛回原位即可。
In this case, open the control box of the rolling shutter door directly to check whether the spring plate is broken or falls off. If it is broken, replace it directly, and then hang it back to its original position.
二、簾板故障
2、 Curtain plate failure
以彩鋼條制作的成都卷簾門為例，卷簾門的簾板是由多塊彩鋼條壓制成特制的形狀，然后互相拼接在一起的，然后使用鉚釘、固定條等將簾板固定在特定的位置里。

Taking Chengdu roller shutter door made of color steel bars as an example, the curtain plate of roller shutter door is pressed into a special shape by multiple color steel bars, and then spliced together, and then the curtain plate is fixed in a specific position by rivets, fixing strips, etc.
當(dāng)簾板出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)，比如固定條磨損嚴(yán)重、鉚釘脫落等，就會(huì)造成簾板斷裂、變形、扭曲的情況，導(dǎo)致卷簾門無(wú)法正常使用。
When the curtain plate fails, such as serious wear of the fixing strip and falling off of the rivets, it will cause the curtain plate to break, deform and distort, resulting in the failure of the rolling shutter door.
遇到這種情況，可以直接在松動(dòng)的卷簾門上打孔，然后重新使用鉚釘槍進(jìn)行固定，然后再更換兩邊的固定條即可，也可以直接更換變形的簾板，然后再固定。
In this case, you can directly punch holes in the loose rolling shutter door, and then fix it with a rivet gun again, and then replace the fixing strips on both sides, or you can directly replace the deformed shutter plate, and then fix it.
三、導(dǎo)軌故障
3、 Guide rail failure
正常來(lái)講，無(wú)論是哪一種卷簾門，兩邊的導(dǎo)軌內(nèi)部都是有一層“磨擦條”存在的，這層摩擦條的作用是避免簾板與導(dǎo)軌摩擦而存在的。當(dāng)卷簾門無(wú)法上拉、下拉時(shí)，要檢查的就是導(dǎo)軌的摩擦條。
Normally, no matter what kind of rolling shutter door, there is a layer of "friction strip" inside the guide rails on both sides. The function of this layer of friction strip is to avoid the friction between the curtain plate and the guide rail. When the rolling shutter door cannot be pulled up or down, the first thing to check is the friction strip of the guide rail.
摩擦條屬于易消耗品，經(jīng)常推拉卷簾門會(huì)導(dǎo)致摩擦條損耗，如果沒(méi)有了摩擦條，卷簾門會(huì)跟導(dǎo)軌直接接觸，就會(huì)出現(xiàn)卷簾門無(wú)法上拉、下拉的故障。
The friction strip is a consumable. Often pushing and pulling the rolling shutter door will lead to the loss of the friction strip. If there is no friction strip, the rolling shutter door will be in direct contact with the guide rail, and the rolling shutter door will fail to pull up and down.
