在安裝調(diào)試之前應(yīng)先檢查控制器、按鈕盒、卷門機、行程開關(guān)、電剎車的連接線是否正常，確認后在進行調(diào)試。

1、相序調(diào)整：接入三相380V50HZ電源，接通空氣開關(guān)，若電源指示燈閃爍故障燈亮故障反饋開關(guān)常閉并發(fā)出救護笛的報警聲則表明相序錯誤，可將三相電源進線中的任兩相交換即可?？刂破鞯南嘈驒z測正確，操縱按鈕觀察卷簾門運行方向，若卷門機運行方向與按鍵相反，將卷門機三相接線中任意兩相交換即可。

The phase sequence detection of the controller is correct, and the operation button is used to observe the operation direction of the roller shutter. If the operation direction of the roller shutter is opposite to the button, exchange any two phases in the three-phase wiring of the roller shutter.

2、中位位置設(shè)置以及形成學(xué)習(xí)：接通電源將控制板上撥嗎開關(guān)SW1置于on的位置，SW2置于ON的位置可進入中停位置的設(shè)定和正常行駛行程的學(xué)習(xí)。

d：按上行鍵一次開始進入上行全程學(xué)習(xí)，卷門機開始上行達到上限位并自動停止，上行全程學(xué)習(xí)完畢。

d: Press the UP key once to start the whole uplink learning. The door roller starts to go up to the upper limit and stops automatically. The whole uplink learning is completed.

e：按上行鍵一次開始進入中停位置學(xué)習(xí)，卷門機開始下行達到距地面1.8M處按停鍵，下行中位置學(xué)習(xí)完畢。

e: Press the UP key once to enter the middle stop position for learning. The door winder starts to descend to 1.8m above the ground, and then press the STOP key to finish learning the middle stop position for descending.

f：再按一次下行鍵，使卷門機達到下限位并自動停止，后半程學(xué)習(xí)完畢。
