2、保證車庫門電機(jī)在運(yùn)行過程中有良好的潤滑。一般來說，車庫門電機(jī)運(yùn)行每5000小時左右，就要補(bǔ)充或更換潤滑脂，若運(yùn)行中發(fā)現(xiàn)軸承過熱或潤滑變質(zhì)時，應(yīng)及時液壓或換潤滑脂。更換潤滑脂時，應(yīng)先舊的潤滑油，并用汽油洗凈軸承及軸承蓋的油槽，然后將潤滑脂填充在軸承內(nèi)外圈之間的空腔的1/2、2/3處。

2. Ensure that the garage door motor has good lubrication during operation. Generally speaking, the garage door motor needs to be replenished or replaced with lubricating grease every 5000 hours of operation. If bearings are found to be overheated or the lubrication deteriorates during operation, hydraulic pressure or lubricating grease should be replaced in a timely manner. 3、大家當(dāng)車庫門電機(jī)的熱保護(hù)連續(xù)發(fā)生振動時，必須要先查明故障來自哪個方向，看電機(jī)還是超負(fù)荷或保護(hù)裝置整定值太低的問題，待故障后，才能投入正常運(yùn)行中。

4、一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)車庫門電機(jī)運(yùn)行的振動及噪聲明顯增大時，就說明電機(jī)軸承的壽命已到達(dá)極限，這時需要檢查軸承的徑向游隙是否達(dá)到相關(guān)數(shù)值，并及時更換新的電機(jī)軸承。

4. Once it is found that the vibration and noise of the garage door motor have significantly increased, it indicates that the service life of the motor bearings has reached its limit. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the radial clearance of the bearings has reached the relevant values and replace them with new motor bearings in a timely manner.

5、若車庫門電機(jī)發(fā)生故障，必須要拆卸時，軸伸端或非伸端處都可以取出轉(zhuǎn)子。若需要從定子中抽出轉(zhuǎn)子時，應(yīng)注意防止損壞定子的繞組或絕緣。
